ISO Certification

Business Ink, Company’s Quality Management System is certified by Underwriters Laboratories as compliant with ISO 9001:2000. The ISO certification assures that Business Ink has enacted a comprehensive and systematic approach to a Quality Management System, and products and services are managed to ensure that customer needs are clearly understood, agreed to, and fulfilled.

ISO defines and publishes international standards for quality, and certifies companies to conduct certification services and audit functions. In our case, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) reviewed and assessed Business Ink’s procedures, issued the certification, and conducts ongoing audits of the Quality Management System.
